Still fumbling my way through these blog posts, each week should see some improvements in look and readability. Regardless, here’s a look at 3 brand new books out this week –
JUSTICE LEAGUE #7 from DC Comics
written by Bryan Hitch art by Fernando Pasarin
It seems to be getting better than it was in the beginning, albeit slowly. A whole lot of words and the usual hero stuff gets elevated by the presence of an approximately 9 year old Braniac 5 (and coincidentally the first appearance of the Legion Flight Bracelet)

BATMAN #19 from Dc Comics
Written by Tom King Art by David Finch
How many lickings does it take to get to the end of an Asylum?
Apparently, it takes 24 hours worth, as Bane fights his way to Batman…and this is the “calm before the storm” issue.

AMERICAN GODS #1 from Dark Horse Comics
Written by Neil Gaiman & P. Craig Russell Art by P. Craig Russell
Neil Gaiman, the King of Re-branding, is back with a new tale from 2001!
Even if you vaguely remember kinda reading it maybe, this is a good comic with really good art, making the re-visit a worthwhile experience.
